This project was both particularly interesting and fun to build. To begin with we built a small patio area beneath the front window of the front room.
The first step was extending the covered porch to reach to the end of the initial walkway.
After matching the original post, we added a railing between the two posts.
After finishing the extended entry cover and extending the rain gutter, we then removed the shrubbery from the front flower bed and built a small patio.
The the patio in place we finished the project with a small patio cover. The end result is an attractive and functional addition to the front of the house.
